Frequently asked questions

All stickers will be shipped in envelopes via first-class mail with USPS. Typically, batches of orders will be sent in cycles some time after pre-orders have concluded. If you are interested in tracking your order, please mark the Track Order option in your pre-order form! On average, depending on your location, stickers will arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. I contact all my customers once I deliver them to USPS. The day I contact you serves as as frame of reference to which your stickers may arrive. Regarding apparel, you have the choice of picking it up at my location or have it shipped. Shipping may also take 1 to 2 weeks. A shipping fee will be asked for, considering the size and weight of the apparel. A choice to track your order will also be provided in any apparel pre-order form. If you find that your order has not come within the general timeframe, please contact me as soon as possible.

Considering the nature of my stickers, I will not accept any returns. However, orders can be cancelled within a reasonable timeframe. You may cancel your order within 48 hours. I understand that people may have certain monetary constraints, but my merchandise is heavily dependent on those who pre-order. I gauge my inventory based on how many people are interested. All my designs are intended to be respectful and bring happiness to the consumer. Any usage of it being in regards to hate or causing damage towards others is heavily frowned upon. If I discover my designs are being used to spread hate or is discriminating against anyone's identity, sex or gender, I will contact you directly. Regarding lost-in-transit merchandise, please contact me if you believe it is missing. I can only do so much if there is no tracking on your order, however I will cover for you, free of charge if the merchandise is determined lost. I am a small business of one person, so please be truthful if you believe your order has gone missing.

All sensitive information will be kept personally to me and me only. Any addresses or names will not be shared with anyone. In the situation that I am reorganizing my orders and adjusted with the help of others, I will remove the addresses and associated information. For me to put my full trust into my customers, I will do the same in hopes that you can all fully trust me with your information.

All designs are of ceriibun's property. If I see that my designs are either traced or stolen, I will contact you or your platform and have your listing taken down.
